Local advisers are online and available to chat weekdays from 10am-5pm. They can advise you about applying for jobs, apprenticeships and other opportunities, and talk about other issues

You can also chat to connexions advisers based at schools Tuesday to Thursday 5pm-7pm. They can offer support around education choices, results, courses and more.

Who will you be chatting to?

The online chat service is staffed by Opportunities advisers, staff from Oxfordshire's Early Intervention hubs, school-based connexions workers, specialist advisers and more. We all have different skills and knowledge, so we might need to ask our colleagues or get back to you with information. But we can all help you find local services, understand your options and gather the information you need.

Confidentiality

• All online chat is recorded, but it will be treated as confidential.
• It will be read only by you and the adviser you are chatting to unless you want us to talk to somebody for you, or you are in danger.
• You may chat anonymously if you want, but if you identify yourself we will be able to offer better support.
• If you identify yourself, we will briefly record that we chatted with you, and any outcomes of the chat.
• This will help any future advisers give you better support.
